After being powered on, there is no response at all, the indicator light does not light up, and the TV has no screen?
1.Check if the power adapter is fully inserted into the power port of the set-top box, replace the socket/plug for testing, and confirm that the socket is powered on 2.Replace the same specification power adapter for testing (voltage/current according to the body label) 3.The above operation is invalid. Contact customer service to check for hardware failure
The indicator light is on, but there is no picture/signal on the TV?
1.Switch the signal source again with the TV remote control, confirm that it matches the interface number inserted into the set-top box, and test each channel one by one 2.Re plug and unplug the two ends of the cable, replace the cable/TV with other interfaces for testing 3.Unplug the power of the set-top box, wait for 10 seconds and then power it back on. The system will automatically restore the default resolution 4.Try again after disabling the TV HDMI CEC function
Is the boot stuck in the logo interface and unable to enter the system?
1.Unplug all external devices (USB flash drives, hard drives, Ethernet cables, etc.), keep only the power and HDMI cable, power off and restart 2.Unplug the HDMI cable and power cable, and connect the HDMI cable first and then the power in order 3.In the power-off state, use a toothpick to hold down the [RESET Reset] button on the body without releasing it, while plugging in the power. After the recovery interface appears, release the button, select [Restore Factory Settings/ipe Data/factory reset], confirm execution, and restart the device 4.Still abnormal after factory restoration, contact customer service for handling
Wired network connection failed, unable to access the internet?
1.Re plug and unplug the two ends of the network cable, replace the network cable/router with other LAN ports for testing 2.Check if the router is properly connected to the network, if other devices can connect to the same network, and restart the router
WiFi unable to detect signal/connection failure/frequent disconnection?
1.Confirm that the WiFi password is entered correctly, the password can be viewed and verified, and it is case sensitive 2.Set top box close to router, avoid wall and metal obstruction, restart router to optimize channel 3.Forgot saved WiFi, search for connection again, restart set-top box
Is the network connected but unable to open the app/play the video?
1.Test whether the mobile phone can connect to WiFi to access the internet. If unable to access the internet, contact the broadband operator for troubleshooting 2.Replace other applications for testing. If only a single application is abnormal, it is a server failure. Replace the application or wait for repair 3.Test network bandwidth, 4K playback requires ≥ 20M bandwidth, 1080P requires ≥ 8M bandwidth, reduce video clarity and retry
